All our creations are custom-made. Therefore, each quote is personalized, and prices depend on the project.

To get an idea, it's possible to calculate the estimated budget of your project thanks to the prices shown online. However, these prices don't include taxes and shipping/installation fees. They're also subject to change without notice, and apply only to orders that meet production standards.

As for our quotes, they're only valid until the expiration date written on them, which is about 7 business days. The cost of materials being very fluctuating, it isn't possible for us to guarantee prices for a long period. At the end of the quoting period, the prices are updated according to the current rates.

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), check, bank transfer, interac transfer and cash.

A deposit of 50% of your quote is required to order the materials and reserve the expected production time slots. This deposit must be made while the quote is still valid so that we can confirm the order. A signed quote without a deposit isn’t valid. 

Payment of the balance of the invoice is made when the order is ready and delivery is scheduled. Full payment must be received prior to delivery.

Delivery

We offer 3 delivery options:

1. Delivery with additional charges: We’ll give you an estimate of the time, and you’ll receive a confirmation between 5 and 7 days before the delivery regarding the conditions.
2. You pick up your order yourself: Please contact our team if you wish to pick up your order directly at the factory.
3. Third-party pickup: You can have your order picked up by another person, a contractor for example, directly at the factory. Please contact our team to let us know.

Installation

It’s possible for us to install your product. Just contact our team, and they’ll explain the different options available to you.

It's not necessary to take the measurements of your staircase yourself. Our team will take the final measurements for your project.
